A VIP Day is one focused day where I handle the setup, structure, and decisions needed to move your Membership.io hub forward.

You’re reserving my prep, my experience, my design eye, my focus on user experience, and six hours of focused build time.

Every VIP Day is customized to your needs, but here are some of the ways I commonly help clients:

How It Works

 

Step 1: Prep

When you book a VIP Day, the work starts before the build day.

Prep will include:

  • Reviewing your content, assets, and access

  • Draft artwork or visual direction for your hub

  • A sitemap or a mock shell of your hub built directly inside Membership.io

  • Thoughtful planning around structure and user experience

You’ll review this ahead of time and share feedback so we can adjust before your build day. When the day arrives, we’re ready to go.

If you already have videos or documents, I can upload and organize them.
If you don’t, I can create the membership or course structure with placeholders so everything has a home.

You’ll also receive a simple guide that walks you through your options and includes scripts for welcome videos and site tours if you want them.

Step 2: Your VIP Day

This is a focused build day for me.

I’m inside your Membership.io hub building, organizing, and implementing based on everything we aligned on in advance.

You don’t need to manage the process or be on calls. I’ll reach out only if clarification is needed.

Your VIP Day includes six hours of focused build time.

Step 3: Wrap-Up & Support

After your VIP Day, you’ll receive:

  • Short video walkthroughs for anything custom we set up

  • Access to my training hub with short, step-by-step videos for the basics

  • 30 days of email support as you begin using your hub

Full Service Help

    Yes, I handle migrations.

    I regularly migrate hubs and content from platforms like Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, WordPress-based systems, and other course and membership platforms.

    If your migration is complex, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan appropriately.

  • ✓ Techy Stuff

    If your project involves domains, integrations, or automation work, this can either:

    Be worked into your VIP Day time, or

    Be handled as an additional service

    I’ll let you know what makes the most sense based on your setup.
